Den serbisk-romanske fiolinisten Daniel Lazar og bosniske akkordionisten Almir Meskovic er begge ennå i tjueårene, men i verdensklasse innen sine respektive instrumenter. De har opptrådt med Oslofilharmonien, Kringkastingsorkesteret og som to syvendedeler av kletzmerorkesteret Kuraybers (en kurayber er en slektning i 12. ledd etter gammelalbansk). Instrumentaler, konservatorisk musikk, tango, folk, klassisk, fantastisk!

Premiere 7. november på Torshovteatret
Torshovteatret er en av Nationaltheatrets faste fire scener. Scenen ble etablert i 1977 og siden da har ulike grupper av skuespillere fra Nationaltheatret – med eller uten fast regissør - hatt det kunstneriske ansvaret for programmet.2014-2015 består Torshovgruppa av musiker Simon Revholt og skuespillerene Lena Kristin Ellingsen, Henriette Steenstrup, Bernhard Arnø og Christian Skomen.

The Kuraybers and KORK at Oslo Concerthouse

On the 22nd of September The Kuraybers will play with KORK (The Norwegian Radio Orchestra –www.kork.no). We will play a couple of our tunes arranged for symphony orchestra. We will also share the stage with Helene Bøksle, Heine Totland, Håvard Gimse and Dee Dee Bridgewater among others. Already we´ve had a very promising rehearsal with KORK in NRK Store Studio and we are super excited and are looking very much forward to this concert. The show is being held in Oslo Konserthus (www.oslokonserthus.no) on the big stage.A recording of our concert and video footage is coming very soon…

«Vivaldiorkesteret» med dirigenter: Igor Rybak og Vidar Hansen . med Almir Meskovic, på accordeon og Bendik Eide på klaver.
Programmet består i hovedsak av musikk som er komponert eller arrangert av Vidar Hansen, bl annet «Concertino for klaver» for klaver og strykere som første gang ble framført i London i 2010, og som her blir framført for første gang i Norge!
